| Lumo Da Great, L.D.G., was born in the slums and the heart of the ghetto in Guenve Haiti, on August 22nd 1984. Years later, L.D.G. moved from Haiti up to Florida. L.D.G. is the best you ever heard with a huge following: CEO of Break Bread ENT. with is right hand man S.Chem. Since 2005, Break Bread ENT, have been dropping major hits on the BMI charts. He is also, the founder of Lost Infantreez and M.O.B. (Money on Blood). L.D.G. has been a baker at Shalomes Bakery for two years, making different kinds of breads, After he and the other bakers are done packing bread, they always have leftovers from the batches typically, the bread is thrown away because of custom orders but, the thoughtful mind of L.D.G. takes the bread and gives them out to fans and family. L.D.G. is the oldest sibling out of three sisters and one brother. Growing up, L.D.G. had to watch his younger siblings while his mother and father worked full-time jobs throughout the year two jobs just to take care of the family. His family went through struggles and turmoil from family issues to their house being burned down. Despite everything that was going on in the family, L.D.G. looked to music as a way to keep him humble. Early on at the age of ten, L.D.G. took to writing various styles of music; such as ghetto poetry, loose narratives, and all different genres. He was influenced by music Gods like: 2Pac, Slick Rick, Sade, Scarface, Al Green, and Duffy. L.D.G. graduated at the top of his class at Coconut Creek High School. During his days at Coconut Creek High School, his free writing morphed into full-fledged shocking rhymes, but was kept a secret. He later picked up the courage to perform in front of people; once everyone started hearing his rhymes in high school he became well-known for them. L.D.G.’s music is a mixture of Hip Hop and R&B. He is representing (954) Broward County to the fullest and all around Florida, has appeared on local mixtapes, becoming one of the world’s best unsigned rapper/singer with amazing rank. Even through the struggles he was always willing to go out his way to make the unthinkable actually happen. S.Chem said “He lives in the studio bringing that gangsta s**t for the streets and that sexy R&B s**t for the ladies.” L.D.G. is so incredible with the craft in music that a lot of people know him for his catchy hooks, some say he is the “True Captain Hook.” Dj Immortal said, “with the hooks seriously I witness him get inside the booth and make hits from what I hear it’s nothing new to him, this guy; amazing every time.” While in the studio with S.Chem, DJ Immortal, and Moondogg, L.D.G. has associated with others in Broward County, Dade County, Palm Beach County, and Polk County. L.D.G. has been promoting his name by releasing several mixtapes, on internet radio stations and doing shows. Also, L.D.G. has networked with the best and a lot of people in the underground; Such as Lex Promotions, Grind Mode, DMX., Larry Dogg, Lil Bass, Mecca Grimo, Poe Boy Records, Trina, Huge Hays, Crime Inc Clothing line, Fokus clothing line, 1st Offense, Tysum modeling Agents, J.T.- money, Brisco, Toney Lasain, Juvenile,Haitian Fresh, Dr. Kush, Red eyes, Bad Breed, Mbiez and O Dogg just to name a few. |
