Raptalk.Net hooked up with the Block Obama himself, Crooked I! In this exclusive one on one interview, we discuss his new EP which is currently available for digital sale, "Block Obama 2." We had to ofcourse get his feelings on the digital age the Hip-Hop game is currently seeing.
Crooked I then goes on to share with us his feelings on Hip-Hop and doing it for the love of the genre instead of the money or flashy items; something we definitely respect Crooked I for. We then get into the status of the "Dream Big" single and if Crooked would ever consider putting out "BOSS" as he did "Block Obama 2", digital release. That is exactly where we get into a segment which Crooked I calls Business 101 regarding video shoots and all the politics which surrounds it. Discussed next is Crooked I's feelings on the new west movement and how he feels their needs to be a lot of repairing done on the coast; as you can read, it is a work in process and Crooked I is doing his part. We ofcourse had to get into Hip-Hop Weekly and discuss Crooked I's thoughts on the series looking back, and regarding if Crooked would ever consider doing yet another series! If you've been sleeping under a rock, you wouldn't know that Crooked is apart of a new super-group, Slaughterhouse alongside Joe Budden, Royce Da 5'9 and Joell Ortiz; We talk about how this group came about, if their are any projects in the works and much more! "No Country For Old Men?" A project which may be in the works alongside Bishop Lamont and G. Malone! How will the veteran artists react? Get Crooked I's thoughts on that! This was a LOOOONG one, so Enjoy! |
